Nurses day celebration

To honour the founder of modern Nursing Miss. Florence Nightingale, on her B’day we celebrate Nurses Day on May 12^th every year. It is characterized by a speech & oath taking & followed by workshop, symposium, quiz competition conducted according to the theme of each year and winners are awarded prizes.

Farewell Programme

Bidding farewell is a heart breaking event to any human being. It is conducted on 18-7-2012 with a combined feeling of joy & sorrow where the students have both the kind of feelings of past & future which ends in tears.

Caring Galaxy of Nightingale (JEHOASH)

Students visits orphanage for philanthropist and high-lights cultural programmes and helping the needy by providing uniforms, school bags, and food. The little ones are given opportunity to participate in games.
“Blood saves life” Every two second some one in the country is in need of blood.  Keeping this in mind blood donation camp is conducted every year.  The students volunteer themselves to donate with love and affection to pave way for a safe and better tomorrow.

Sports Day

The sports festival is a lengthy festival of Nightingale groups, since the college is equipped with very spacious, modern indoor auditorium & outdoor play ground within the premises. The students are highly motivated to participate. The opportunity enables them to come out with sports talents. The events conducted are;

• Indoor games
    Chess, Caroms, Rangoli, Mehandi, Shuttle cock, Table tennis, Badminton etc.
• Outdoor gameslike
    Cricket, Shot put, Discuss, javelin throw, athletics, Volley ball, Throw ball, Relay etc.

The events are differentiated for boys and girls separately.
